MeetKyra.AI is published by Crann Enterprises LLC. These terms describe the website and free audit at meetkyra.ai for chiropractic clinics and groups of any size. They do not start a paid service agreement.

The content on this site is ours. You may read it, quote it with attribution, and share a link to it. Do not copy it wholesale, republish it as your own, or scrape it to rebuild it elsewhere. Do not try to break the site, flood the forms, or send anything unlawful.

Do not send patient information through the website forms.

The audit is free, with no obligation to buy anything. Findings arrive within one business day and are the clinic's to keep. Submitting a request is not a purchase; nothing is charged from this site and there is no checkout.

By requesting an audit, you confirm you are authorized to request it for the clinic. The audit uses public information plus one after-hours test call to the clinic. It checks the clinic's public presence and how Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, and Gemini describe it. It does not require patient records or access to private systems.

The findings describe what we observe at the time of the audit. Any paid work is quoted for your clinic before it starts and covered by a separate written agreement.

MeetKyra fills chiropractic clinics' schedules with new patients. We run targeted ad campaigns for your clinic. Kyra, our AI new-patient closer, answers those calls, takes the intake and books first visits into your clinic's own scheduling system. Text and email follow-up helps each new patient attend their first visit.

As part of the service, we connect Kyra to your clinic's own phones and scheduling system so she answers the calls your team misses. Kyra is also available on her own.

We guarantee a minimum number of new patients from our campaigns within 60 days of your campaigns going live. If we miss it, we keep working without the monthly fee until we hit it. A patient counts once they attend their first visit. Your only condition is keeping the agreed minimum ad budget running. Terms apply.

Prices are given on the call. Prices and the guarantee terms are agreed in writing. See the 60-day guarantee terms. The proposal and clinic service agreement set out scope, payment, renewal, cancellation, and other service terms before paid work begins.

Campaign calls go to MeetKyra's own dedicated line for your clinic. Your campaigns run only during your clinic's business hours. Kyra answers, takes the intake and books qualified patients into your clinic, and transfers a caller to your team live when they need a person. On your clinic's own phones, she answers the calls your team misses. Your clinic keeps its existing phone number. Kyra speaks English and Spanish and discloses that she is an AI assistant in every greeting.

Kyra follows the clinic's approved script and booking rules. The clinic supplies current, accurate information and tells us when it changes. An appointment is booked only after the caller explicitly confirms the details.

Kyra is not an emergency service. A caller describing an emergency is told to hang up and call 911.

Kyra gives no medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendation. The clinic remains responsible for clinical decisions and patient care.

MeetKyra audit texts is our optional texting program for your free audit request. If you opt in, we send texts about that request, for example scheduling the audit call. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You do not need to consent to texts to request an audit.

MeetKyra patient texts is our texting program for patients of client clinics. When a patient books a visit through Kyra and agrees to texts, we send messages about that visit on the clinic's behalf: a booking confirmation, appointment reminders, and follow-up to help them attend or rebook. Each text carries the clinic's name and is sent by MeetKyra on the clinic's behalf. Texting consent is optional and is not a condition of booking. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Kyra collects only what booking needs: name, phone number, reason for visit, and preferred time. She does not ask for medical history, Social Security numbers, or card details. She identifies herself as an AI in every greeting and asks permission before recording. A business associate agreement (BAA) is not included in the standard service.

Patient data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the clinic and named MeetKyra staff. The dashboard requires two-factor sign-in. The privacy policy describes the kinds of service providers that handle calls; none trains on call data. We turn on free no-retention settings wherever available.

We keep recordings and transcripts for 90 days, provide an export or deletion on request, and delete all of a clinic's patient data when it leaves. We tell the clinic within 72 hours of any incident involving its patient data. We never sell patient data or use it for marketing. Patients' requests about their health information go to their clinic.

• We do not promise a search ranking, a place in any AI answer, or a mention by any assistant.
• Apart from the 60-day guarantee agreed in writing, we do not promise a number of calls, bookings, patients, or a revenue outcome.
• We do not promise that any third-party platform, including search engines and AI assistants, will keep behaving the way it does today. Platforms change.
• The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top changes when we do. If a change is significant, we will say so on this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
